Spark Global Limited Reports:

The Reolink Duo is a useful waterproof security camera that comes in several sizes to fit the way you want to use it. After connecting to a Wi-Fi, Ethernet or 4G SIM card, you can configure a dual-lens camera to view your property in different directions. There are four different models available for purchase :PoE, wired Wi-Fi, battery Wi-Fi or battery and 4G.
All models have dual lenses and 4K resolution. PoE and wired Wi-Fi models have a frame rate of 25 frames, while other models have a frame rate of 15.
The camera’s battery version requires up to a 128GB SD card, while other models require up to 256GB.
Different models have different price points. PoE currently costs $119.99, wired Wi-Fi costs $129.99, battery Wi-Fi costs $169.99, and the 4G version costs $309.99.
The box contains bits and pieces to help you set up the camera. When you open the case, you should see the Reolink Duo camera, two antennas (if no PoE version is available), a mounting plate and template, a camera stand, a power cord, an adapter, a screwdriver, a USB cable, and a pack of screws. Accessories vary depending on the camera.
The camera is IP66 waterproof and can be installed anywhere. Reolink recommends mounting it high enough to prevent interference with the camera. Install the microSD card under the camera and connect it to the power supply of your choice.

The camera has two 1/2.7-inch CMOS sensors and the lens is 2K 4MP super HD with a resolution of 2560 x 1440px at 15fps. It also has infrared vision, which allows it to see objects up to 30 meters away.
The camera has a field of view up to 150 degrees horizontally and 44 degrees vertically. The images are crisp, day and night, and the antenna has a range of up to 164 feet.
The system offers convenient two-way audio, so you can receive alerts when someone approaches your door and talk to them via an app on your phone. You don’t need to buy a subscription to do this.
The camera is also equipped with spotlights to illuminate the entire area so you can see exactly who’s standing outside your house. In the dark, 8 IR leds detect and 440 lumen spotlights give you good color vision at night.
The Reolink Duo works in both 2.4ghz and 5GHz Wi-Fi bands, with options for video storage. You can add a micro SD card to the camera depending on the version you choose, with a maximum size of 128/256GB, or you can purchase a cloud storage option in Reolink Cloud.
For me, connecting to the camera was a little frustrating. Previous Reolink cameras, such as the Argus 3 Pro and Go PT, connect quickly after scanning a QR code, but the Duo takes some time. Before connecting, I had to hold the mobile device very close to the camera. However, once connected, all the functions in the Reolink application are available.
You’ll be alerted via the app when someone comes near the camera, and you can set the app to send you an email with a screenshot of the person in your detection area. You can customize the motion detection area so that your next-door neighbor approaching their door doesn’t trigger your alarm or give you an alert.
When the camera detects movement, it records video. I noticed very few false finds – although I did spot an animal crossing its field of vision when the camera was set to its most sensitive.
All in all, the Reolink Duo models will give you stunning panoramic views covering your area, and they start at under $120. Two-way microphone and loudspeaker effect is good, good alarm effect.
Dual lenses will ensure that you see as many high-quality images as possible, ignoring areas that are irrelevant to you.
