Specifically, Qualcomm shipped 10.6 million chips in June, a whopping 38 percent month-on-month growth, retaking the top spot in the domestic mobile chip market. Why “recapture”? Customs data show that in the first half of this year, China exported 151.4 billion integrated circuits, up 39.2 percent year on year, and imported 312.3 billion integrated circuits, up 29 percent year on year, with a trade deficit of about 160 billion.
