According to Taiwan’s economic daily, durability tests of folding hinge systems for two different iPhones have been completed in Shenzhen’s public market, US stock research agency learned.
The first tested folding iPhone is a dual screen machine, probably the same dual screen prototype that Jon Prosser rumored in June 2020. The second prototype that has been tested is a flip-flop, similar to the galaxy Z flip. The screen will use an OLED screen from Samsung. According to previous reports, apple ordered a large number of foldable screens from Samsung for testing in early 2020.
