Epson yesterday released two Pro EX series commercial projectors, the models are Pro EX10000 and Pro EX9240, in addition to the EX3280 projector. These products are all 3LCD design, the highest resolution is 1080P.
The first product is the Pro EX10000, which is the only projector in the new product that uses laser backlight. Epson said this is a breakthrough in commercial projection. The product has a maximum brightness of 4500 lumens and a projection area of 300 inches. The 3LCD design can bring rich color performance and brightness, and the contrast ratio can reach 100,000:1. The laser light source life of this product can reach 20,000 hours, which greatly increases the life span compared to traditional bulbs, avoids the problem of brightness attenuation, and reduces maintenance costs.
The projector has a resolution of 1080P, supports wireless projection, is equipped with dual HDMI ports, comes with 16W high-fidelity speakers, and supports automatic keystone correction. Pro EX10000 is priced at US$1299.99, which is approximately RMB 8421.
The second product is Pro EX9240. This projector uses traditional light sources, but the brightness has reached 4000 lumens, which is enough to meet commercial needs. The product has a resolution of 1080P, a maximum contrast ratio of 16000:1, and also has a 16W speaker, supports automatic keystone correction and wireless projection. The product price is US$849.99, which is approximately RMB 5506.
